Rheton (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI voice mock-interview product. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password (or SSO identifier) when you sign up.
• Interview content — resumes and job descriptions you upload, audio captured during a mock interview, and code you write during a session.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general device/browser information, collected to keep the product working and to improve it.

How we use it

• To run mock interviews personalized to your resume and the job you’re targeting.
• To generate the written summary at the end of a session.
• To operate, secure, and improve the product, including diagnosing bugs and understanding aggregate usage patterns.
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processing

Interview audio is processed by third-party speech and voice-model providers (including Cartesia and Inworld) solely to run the interview and generate transcripts. These providers process your data under their own privacy and security terms and do not retain it for purposes unrelated to that processing.

Data retention

Interview sessions on the Free plan are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Paid plans retain session history for as long as your account remains active, or until you delete a session yourself. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
